NWSSP Legal & Risk Services are looking for a highly motivated individual to join to join our Business Support team. The Business Support and Engagement Officer will be responsible for supporting the implementation of effective client communications and engagement.
The successful applicant will have previous experience of working in a marketing or communications role and experience of using social media in a professional capacity. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to build trust-based relationships are essential.

Working as part of the Business Support team, the Business Support and Engagement Officer will proactively keep clients well-informed and engaged through different communication channels and support Legal & Risk Services to provide an excellent service to its clients.

The Business and Engagement Officer will manage and create content for the Legal & Risk website and social media platforms and provide marketing, communications and administrative activities to support the communication and engagement strategy.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
