Job Introduction
**We are looking for a Receptionist and Hospitality Assistant to join Rapport and be part of one of our innovative and creative Front of House teams at one of our most prestigious client sites in Glasgow.**

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.

The role is 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday.

Main Responsibilities
- Establishing a discrete yet personal welcome and seamless service throughout the client journey.
- Communicating effectively with peers and the management team, displaying accuracy and attention to detail both in verbal and written communication.
- Maintaining a strong awareness of business activity and communicating all updates with your team members.
- Communicating effectively with service partners and the reservations team regarding new bookings, changes to existing bookings, cancellations and meeting trends.
- Maintaining a professional, polite and considerate manner at all times.
- Continually developing and expanding client knowledge through building rapport and establishing working relationships with our client base.
- Welcoming and escorting clients to meeting rooms, taking coats and luggage as required.
- Managing the hospitality required for the busy meeting rooms
- Have a passion to deliver excellent guest service.
- Have at least one year's experience working 'Front of House' within a hotel environment, front line guest services within premium airlines or a corporate business environment.
- Have an excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication.
- Be highly organised and have an eye for detail.
- Be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to act pro-actively and intuitively.
- Have the ability to demonstrate the necessary soft skills in order to perform the role.
- Be able to provide 2 positive and verifiable recent employment references.
