**Job Summary**:
**Job Duties**:

- Provide technical support to staff members regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computers, printers, projectors, and other equipment.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the organisation's IT infrastructure, including data backups and virus protection.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Train staff members on the proper use of technology tools and systems.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to optimise efficiency.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to address technical issues or procure necessary equipment.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements to existing systems.
- Document technical processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for reference and training purposes.

**Skills ,Qualification and experience**:

- Entry is possible with a variety of academic qualifications and/or relevant experience.
- Entrants typically possess a degree or GCSEs/S grades and A levels/H grades together with an appropriate vocational qualification.
- Training is provided off and on-the-job supplemented by specialised courses.
- Postgraduate and professional qualifications and apprenticeships in some areas are available.
- Quick learner and stay up to date
- Relevant experience is preferable

Pay: £32,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
