RPS is looking for an **Administrator** to join our Shared Services Human Resources team based in **Huddersfield** on a **fixed term contract of 6 months**. This position is offered as a **part time** role.

The primary focus of the role will be to provide admin support as part of a systems migration.

**Your Responsibilities**
- To provide administrative and data coordination support with HR systems related project work
- To support the UK HR Shared Services Manager on any systems and admin related projects
- Collating data ranges and mapping data between systems
- Data cleansing within the HR system

**Your Experience**

The knowledge and experience required for this role is as follows:

- Proven strong administration and database skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft packages
- Excellent communications skills - to be able to communicate with internal customers at all levels
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Works efficiently with excellent time management and ability to prioritise
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written, numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task
- High levels of integrity and respect for confidentiality
