As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team and will report directly to the HR Director. This position encompasses a generalist approach, focusing on the operational aspects of HR, providing excellent exposure under the guidance of a seasoned leader. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the HR Inbox and serving as the primary contact for all HR-related inquiries
- Facilitating the exit process by organizing exit interviews and calculating accrued leave
- Generating HR communications, including salary adjustments, employment contracts, offer letters, and resignation acknowledgments
- Assisting line managers with managing employee absence and recognizing triggers in the absence policy
- Crafting job advertisements and managing pre-employment checks for new hires
- Tracking probationary reviews and informing managers accordingly
- Contributing to projects related to compensation and benefits
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in an HR capacity, with a preference for those who are CIPD qualified or actively pursuing their qualification.
