Could you be Incommunities' new Head of Data and Insight? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data and Insight specialist to help transform Incommunities into a data driven, decision making organisation. We are looking for a technically strongleader with a hands on approach who can deliver our data strategy and help influence positive change within data governance, quality and business intelligence.

**Responsibilities**
- Build a thorough, multi-function business matrix, aligned with business priorities and thorough understanding of critical objectives, metrics and associated data sources
- Understand SQL data warehousing technologies
- Create multi dimensional models and create and build ETL data pipelines
- Manage a team of 5 include 4 Business Intelligence Analysts
- Drive a data-centric culture across teams and wider business
- Ensure there is an effective and robust data governance model
- Work closely with data owners empowering them to monitor and enforce data quality in their domains
- Monitor and troubleshoot datasets and reports with a constant view on improving data quality across the company
- Partner with different functions and teams to understand their challenges with data and support cross functional projects
- Develop internal reports to present the data in most easily consumable way

**Requirements**:
We are looking for an experienced Analytics lead, who has worked with multiple stakeholders in a complex and technical operating environment. You will have deep hands on technical experience of designing and implementing a modern intelligence platform. Also,we are looking for someone who can demonstrate successful delivery of a data strategy. Other experience includes:

- The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- Experience building and maintaining complex databases
- Deep experience with a wide range of data management systems, tools, data standards and regulations
- A thorough understanding of data management regulatory guidelines (e.g. GDPR guidelines)
- Strong data analysis capabilities
- A clear communicator, able to translate complex data findings into simple language
- The ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of senior stakeholders to achieve business goals
