Working alongside the Commercial Key Account Manager and within the guidelines of E-Commerce Strategy, the Key Account Executive will drive the sales and margin of Units within certain E-commerce key accounts.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Achieve the Sales and Margin targets of the E-commerce Key Account Sales Channel
- Work with the Key Account’s Marketing Teams to develop, drive and achieve the company's Strategy within the E-Commerce Sales Channel including inter alia; the optimisation of products within E-commerce customer platforms
- Actively support the Commercial Key Accounts Manager in daily activities within the Key Account Channel and deputise for the Commercial Key Account Manager when required.
- Gather and present Key Account data and insight to help best develop the business.
- Manage the E-Commerce Price Monitoring tool and provide timely, insightful information to the Sales and Marketing team
- Work with Key members of the UK and Germany branches to evolve the E-Commerce strategy as and when appropriate
- Support customer requirements by providing quotations, product, technical information, and digital presentations, as required. Seeking opportunity to improve and develop customer account performance, including marketing / promotions
- Demonstrate full understanding of the sales process when working within the Key Accounts and E-commerce channels and when calling on existing accounts, always adhering to the established sales processes.

**Person Specification**:

- Professional and dedicated individual of graduate calibre, who is looking for a successful career and future in a sales driven environment within a global business
- KBB (Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom) industry or sales/supply experience with E-Commerce customers would be advantageous but not essential
- Driven, focused and motivated individual who will take responsibility for on the job learning and personal development (e.g., reading sales and marketing publications/trade journals, developing personal business networks)
- Flexible attitude and approach, with high energy and focus and adaptable skillset
- Proactive, with strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and act as a team player
- Determination to succeed, ability to handle rejection and to work under pressure
- Competitive, with entrepreneurial skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Good level of written and spoken English, numerate and highly IT literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and conducting video meetings
- Full, clean driving license
- Excellent Microsoft skills.
- Located in the south-east, within one hour’s drive from the Company’s Head Office. Mainly office-based role but may be required to work in the field as the role develops
