**Stairlift Sales Manager Responsibilities**:

- CRM management
- Sight Surveys
- Manage Sales team to execute a sales strategy that will increase branch profitability
- Ensure that sales goals are achieved, and develop relations with existing customers
- Manage all field activities for the most cost-effective results
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure sales success.
- Analyse tenders and technical enquiries.
- Compile quotes.

**Ideal Stairlift Sales Manager**
- Proven experience exceeding all financial performance targets
- Experience recruiting and growing a sales team
- Goal-orientated, strong time management and organisational skills
- Can demonstrate strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
- 2+ years' Management experience in the lift industry - **Desirable.**:

- Follow up and ensure closing of sales opportunities,
- Technical knowledge of Stairlifts and associated equipment - **Essential**:

- A proven sales record achieved from new sales and repeat business.
- An electrical or mechanical qualification and or previous experience**:

- Desirable.**:

- A full driving license & willingness to travel - **Essential**
