Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage and maintain social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box when creating content
- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
