**Job description**
EMJ Plastics have been established since the 1960's and due to continual company growth our busy manufacturing company has located to Scunthorpe.
We specialise in GRP manufacture of construction-based products and export globally. Our permadec formwork system was used in the construction of the Rio Grande bridge in Jamaica, just one of many countries we export to, some of our more bespoke products, wash troughs and urinals you will find in most premiership football clubs across the UK.
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time **Office Administrator **to join our small friendly team and work closely with our Production Manager, HSEQ Manager and assist the HR Manager when required.
**Duties**
- Ordering of raw materials and raising purchase orders on Sage
- Ordering and checking PPE stocks
- Assisting the Project Co-Ordinator with administrative tasks (produce delivery notes)
- Enter all delivery notes onto our inhouse system.(PIM)
- Assign all inward steel to projects
- Scan and File all QMS Documents
- Produce/Print Panel labels
- Chase/Scan and assign POD's
- Data collation/Data Entry
- Update COSH and Risk Assessments
- Organise Occ health appointments
- Check stocks and order stationary and consumables
- Scan and file confidential documents
**Key Skills**
- Must have excellent administration experience, strong organisational skills, and be able to communicate with people at all levels of the business and have an excellent telephone manner
- Computer literature MS Office, Word, Excel and use Power Point.
