As part of our expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic In-Store Solar Sales Advisors to join our team and represent our brand in various high-traffic retail locations.

As an In-Store Solar Sales Advisor, you will be the face of Solar Panels London at various retail locations, engaging with the public to promote and sell our solar energy solutions. This role is perfect for energetic individuals who enjoy interacting with people and are passionate about making a difference in the environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and manage promotional displays at designated retail locations.
- Proactively approach customers entering and leaving the store, introducing them to our solar products and services.
- Explain the benefits of solar energy and how our products can reduce energy costs and environmental impact.
- Collect contact details of potential customers for follow-up by our sales team.
- Maintain a positive image of the brand and ensure the promotion area is neat and inviting.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for customer engagement and leads generated.
- Outgoing and engaging personality with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Previous experience in promotional marketing, sales, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Must be flexible to work on weekends or as required by the store timings.
