We are looking for a part time Sales advisors to work 3 days per week (Mon/Wed/Fri) and we offer £13.15 per hour plus commission

Our client, Therabody is a pioneer in the wellness technology space, developing products and services that optimize human performance and unlock the body's natural ability to achieve health and well-being.

Therabody has Shop In Shop concessions in 3 locations across the UK in John Lewis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the brand at an exciting growth period.

This role is pivotal in bringing the customer experience to life and we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate Sales Specialists who can represent Stellar and our client, Therabody to lead the way with delivering exceptional customer service.

We provide the best-in-class service for physical, virtual and hybrid retail experiences for high profile clients, such as Therabody, Samsung, Sage Appliances and Nike.

What you will be doing in your role:
  • - Delivering exceptional customer service and driving brand advocacy
  • - Building a great rapport with customers
  • - Bringing products to life through engaging demonstrations
  • - Achieving individual and team sales targets
  • - Ensuring the space always has premium standards
What experience you’ll need to be successful:
  • - Prior experience in a premium customer service environment
  • - The ability to convert sales and achieve KPIs
  • - Previous experience working in a premium retail environment would be advantageous
  • - Studying / Achieved sports qualifications would be advantageous 
  • - Passionate about fitness and/or wellness
  • - Ability to work independently where required 
  • - Someone who is customer oriented and takes a consultative approach to selling
  • - A team-player who loves sharing their passion with others
  • - Ambition and openness to learn and develop your own skill set
  • - A positive mentality and a drive to succeed
Training:
  • - In-depth initial product training with quarterly refresher courses
  • - Customer service sales training 
Working days/hours:
  • Monday 11am-7pm
  • Friday 10am-8pm
