**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
Responsible for the management of contracts and projects allocated to you, predominately kitchen replacements, you will be a key point of contact for the Client and subcontractors, ensuring your projects are delivered within the necessary health and safety, time, budget, and quality parameters. You will be driven, be able to work independently and be able to deliver results unsupervised whilst setting standards required for all operational staff, leading by example.

**General Duties/Key Responsibilities**:
Comply with the operational requirements of the Everwarm business to include, but not limited to:
- Ensure compliance of health and safety standards on your contracts and projects.
- Work closely with the Operational and planning team.
- Regularly visit onsite to ensure that all projects are operating within the parameters set out by the company and Client.
- Attend contract and project meetings, as business needs require, ensuring they are effective and take place at the required intervals.
- Work in conjunction with the Department Head and internal SHEQ team to ensure compliance on health and safety procedures.
- In conjunction with the CLO, ensure an outstanding customer journey and handle queries/complaints in a timely manner.
- Monitor progress of site/contracts works ensuring key dates are met.
- Ensure the project teams manage materials efficiently, in conjunction with the procurement team.
- Comply with the requirements set out in the relevant Sureserve policies.
- Day-to-day performance management of your team; including but not limited to talent acquisition, approval of timesheets, onboarding, management of mandatory qualifications (with support from your SHEQ colleagues), toolbox talks, ER, 1:1, training, and development of your team.
- Be innovative through all aspects of your role to benefit the business.
- Carry out post install and quality inspections.

- Good decision maker and good communicator.

**Personal**:

- Driving licence (essential).
- Able to commit to extended hours where necessary (including out of hours rota).

**Specific Job Skills**:

- Able to communicate at all levels, motivating site teams to deliver.
- Able to identify potential pitfalls and implement recovery plans when necessary.
- Able to use technology to programme works, provide reports and keeping good records.
- Good report writer and good record keeper.
- To be commercially aware at all levels.
- To be proficient with Microsoft packages.

- SSSTS (desirable)
- IOSH (desirable)
