**The Role**

As our Experiences offering expands, we are searching for individuals who share our passion and commitment to engage our guests in our 200 year vision. You will work with an outstanding team to deliver a high-quality front of house and housekeeping service to our Guests. You will cover a shift rota covering mornings to afternoons & afternoons to evenings across 7 days. We are an exclusive use venue and we are looking for warm and friendly individuals who are willing to work both sides of the ‘house’, or favour one aspect only.

Our aim is to deliver unforgettable experiences, in beautiful places and who are transformed through the restorative power of nature.

**The Place**

Aldourie Castle a 300-year-old Baronial castle thoughtfully reimagined for today as a beautiful home and exclusive stay, here on the banks of the enchanting Loch Ness surrounded by 500 acres of gardens, woodland and wildflower meadows. Enjoy your working day in one of the most beautiful settings in the Highlands & Islands.

Our Wildland Guest Team includes a former dentist, care home manager, NHS manager, and marketing director; all of whom are seeking a different life, as well as a trainee veterinarian; and young parents looking to fit childcare around part time work.

And all of us love the big adventure of the outdoor space, activities from wild water swimming to mountain hiking and biking; and a love of this special part of our planet.
