*Key Responsibilities*
- Ensure the client obtains the appropriate level of compensation for their personal injury and other losses, in accordance with regulations and legislation.
- Instructing medical experts, reviewing medical and other evidence to support the claims value
- Assessing and advising clients on the merits and value of their claim
- Engaging in settlement negotiations with insurance representatives or their solicitors, drafting court documents, schedules of loss and thereafter all steps to final hearing and conclusion of the client’s claim
- Deliver a level of Client Care in accordance with SRA regulations
- Accurate drafting of legal document
- Maximise Damages and Costs in accordance with the relevant costs regime

*Person Specification*
- Ability to manage fast-track personal injury matters with appropriate supervision
- Knowledge of liability, medical and factual causation issues, together with past and future losses and ability to schedules of loss and particulars of claim
- Confident and appropriate telephone skills
- Team ethic, cooperative and flexibility.

- Knowledge of Proclaim case management systems (preferred)
- Previous credit hire experience (preferred)
- Prior personal injury or RTA claims experience (preferred)
