Job Title: Personal Assistant - Brain Injury Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Assistant to support an individual with a brain injury in their community-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to the individual with a brain injury, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and household management.
  • Support the individual in accessing community resources and services.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the individual, their family, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with brain injuries or similar conditions.
  • Ability to work independently in a community-based setting.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
