Job Title: Personal Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team at Disability North. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling our client, T Jay, to participate in activities that bring him joy and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to T Jay in various activities, both indoors and outdoors, to promote his independence and well-being.
  • Supervise T Jay closely, particularly when engaging in physical activities, to ensure his safety and road sense.
  • Participate in games and activities that T Jay enjoys, such as playing basketball, visiting the CTRL Pad, and engaging in creative pursuits like drawing.
  • Assist T Jay in managing his finances, ensuring he receives the correct change and understands the value of money.
  • Be patient and enthusiastic, adapting to T Jay's needs and interests.

Requirements:

  • Permission to work in the U.K.
  • References and DBS check
