**Overview**:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated **Care Assistant** to join our team in **Tameside** and the surrounding areas. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential support and assist in delivering high-quality care to clients. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

**Duties**:

- Assisting clients with personal care
- Assisting with mobility and transferring clients safely
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment for patient comfort and safety
- Documenting patient information accurately and timely

**Requirements**:

- Previous 6 months Care experience gained in the UK
- Hold a UK driving license and have access to a vehicle
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
