We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care, ensuring their well-being and comfort. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Follow care plans and provide assistance according to individual needs
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior
- Administer medication as directed by Management team
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
- Engage in meaningful conversations and provide companionship
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

**Skills**:

- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families
- Valid driver's license is desirable but not mandatory

Pay: £11.80-£12.20 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
