**Office Admin and Team Support**
Liverpool City Centre
Our client is an award-winning independent absence, injury and risk management provider. They provide independent rehabilitation services and are a provider of impartial absence, injury and risk management. who are seeking a confident and highly organised administrator to join their team in City Centre Liverpool.
Their Clinical Services Team provides rehabilitation management to insurers, solicitors and employers, through the provision of rehabilitation services and case management to the injured party.
As Team Support you will be responsible for helping to organise, and manage the provision of rehabilitation services to the injured party in order to facilitate recovery from injury and return to work. This could be within any of the Treatment teams.
**Day to Day**
You will be responding to enquiries from solicitors, employers, and health care providers, as well as the Injured Party themselves. In addition to the above you will carry out general admin duties.
Your Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to think outside of the box and make decisions
- Highly organised and the ability to prioritise workload
- Effective time management skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (to include effective telephony skills).
- Good IT skills, knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.
- Use of administrative systems and able to maintain recording systems.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
