A growing, and highly successful engineering business has approached the NET Recruit team to assist them in their search for a Customer Services Coordinator, to report into the office located in the Hampshire area and covering the Southern region. Creatingand maintaining products to an exceptionally high standard, this business is involved at every step of the process, from inception to delivery and pride themselves on retaining many happy customers year on year. This position has opened up within the Servicingteam and will play a crucial and integral role in the future of the company, providing excellent support and customer service to ensure the coordination of the service technicians across the region and reporting into the Regional Service Manager to ensurecohesiveness is delivered every step of the way. In turn, this will enable many of the other internal teams to deliver excellent services that gain the business not only a fantastic reputation but also results in repeat and sustained business.
Your Role and Responsibilities
While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:

- Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries daily while providing an exceptional standard of customer service
- Building and maintaining strong working customer relationships to generate new business and ensure ongoing work
- Logging service and hire calls as they occur accurately to enable effective diary management of the Service Technicians
- Allocating and planning PPM, remedial, Hire and commissioning visits to customers on behalf of the relevant parties and technicians
- Raising purchase orders for technicians as required
- Sending customers reports and also handling invoicing on relevant jobs
- Liaising daily with the Regional Service Manager to report on work and ensure accuracy and completion on jobs across the region
What you will need to Apply:
The business is looking for a strong administrator to sit within this role, ideally possessing several years of relevant experience handling service coordination and sales processing, as well as good customer service experience. The person within this rolewill need to possess impeccable communication abilities, both in written but especially through spoken form, and feel confident to proactively handle queries via telephone. To be successful within this role, the business is looking for an organised and clear-thinkingindividual capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment whilst managing a demanding workload.
