We are looking for a bright, motivated and enthusiastic individual to work in our admin department which incorporates reception duties.
You will be working as part of a small and professional team in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.
The role:

- Interview customers and complete finance agreement for in-store orders
- Cashing up duties
- Receive all incoming calls at reception and direct enquiries to relevant departments
- Efficiently resolve any customer queries in the reception area
- Making announcements over the public address system to the store and all staff areas
- Assist security by monitoring security cameras and contacting the team if an issue or concern should arise
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post
- Assist in various ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required
If you can demonstrate the following, then we want to hear from you:

- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office including Excel).
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise deadlines.
- Previous office experience in an administrative role.
This is a part time position working every Saturday 9am to 6pm, Sunday 11am to 5pm and one day in the week on a business need basis 9am to 5:30pm. Competitive salary for the right individual.
