- **Location** - Aztec West
- Site based role
- Hourly pay £13.73 per hour
- Working 35 hours per week
- Options are either to work 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
- Based on site

Working within a large organisation based in Aztec West. You will join on a temporary basis to cover long term holiday for a 3 month period starting in January 2023. As Administration and Finance Assistant, the role involves supplier liaison, invoice validation and irregularity handling.
Graduates will be considered for this role
**Specific duties will include**:

- Invoicing and document distribution
- Check and query / accept incoming invoices and charges
- Finalise job accounting and close the file
- All client facing invoicing & query resolution
- Manage cost and revenue estimates and accruals
- Escalation of any issues
- Archive file
- Irregularity handling
- Support Customer Service and Operations Teams
- Comply with Company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with external suppliers.

**Key skills and experience**:

- This position could suit someone with previous purchase ledger/finance admin/invoicing experience
- Or, a graduate with strong Excel skills looking to move into a business that could offer global career opportunities
- Suitable applicants would need to be proficient in Excel, ideally pivot tables and vlookups
- Have a high attention to detail
