Our client are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to provide support to the senior finance team and be responsible for the development of management accounts, financial, cash flows, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts

**Client Details**

Our client is in the Property and Housing industry with offices in multiple locations. This role will be based in the Avonmouth office.

**Description**

The key responsibilities of the Assistant Management Accountant involve:

- Audit preparatory work with appropriate reconciliations and information packs
- Improve and develop credit control procedures
- Assist in monthly reconciliation of invoice finance facility with ledger and cash book support
- Identify improvements, develop approved management accounting techniques
- Ad-hoc financial projects

**Profile**

The successful Assistant Management Accountant will have:

- A minimum of 1 years' proven experience of working within a management accounting role i.e. general ledger work around budgets, variance analysis, costings
- Capability to work under your own volition to support the Finance Management Team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with proactive approach to problem solving
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
