Kenect Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Call Centre Agent/Adminstrator on behalf of one of our clients based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

Salary**:The hourly rate is £9.70 per hour PAYE (Holiday pay accrued in addition to this hourly rate)**

Shift pattern**:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00**

Holiday pay**:Accrued at 12.07% in addition to salary.**

**Duties**:

- To communicate directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
- To ensure that the people of Sheffield receive a consistent and high level of service and to provide quality customer services to the City and the local community
- To carry out all aspects of reactive and proactive customer service work to enable Veolia to meet its Contractual targets and Communication Targets.
- Ensure that customers from all sections of the community receive a courteous, fair and efficient service and are treated with respect and dignity.
- Customers will have easy access to an effective complaints and enquiry service.
- Dealing with incoming calls in a professional, timely and friendly way (external and internal customers).
- All communication to be logged onto the in house database.
- Handle and attempt to resolve customer complaints at the first point of contact with the resident and to the satisfaction of the customer and the business. If a call cannot be dealt with immediately, the customer will be given a clear explanation of, and timescale for, and the action to be taken
