**What it's like to work here:This vacancy is included in a trial of the ‘Disability Confident’ scheme (level 1).**

You'll be joining a small team who look after all the compliance and maintenance needs for 4 very different and diverse properties in our portfolio. You'll be mostly office-based, but you will be expected to assist with some practical tasks as needed. You will be mainly situated at Canons Ashby, but you will be required to travel to our other sites, including Upton House and Gardens on a weekly basis.

What you'll be doing:As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service, to enable the successful operation of the property. You’ll support the team to meet its objectives by ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained at all times. You'll be assisting with compliance monitoring, the coordination of planned, preventative maintenance and related administration and other tasks to assist the Facilities Manager. You will be based mainly at Canons Ashby, but travel to other local properties will be required.
