**Sales Administrator Responsibilities**:
- Working with the Sales Department to coordinate the preparation of customer orders.
- Maintain vehicle stock records as per vehicle purchases and sales.
- Organise registration and taxation of new vehicles.
- Liaise with the Aftersales team to ensure required works are completed.
- Invoice and register manufacturer warranties.
- Invoicing of the vehicle sales.
- Collating deal files for handover to the customers.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
- Always providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining and updating your knowledge through manufacturer training.
**The ideal Sales Administrator**:
- Experience within this role is highly preferred as is experience of Kerridge and other dealer management systems.
- We are looking for an individual who is highly organised and efficient whilst having the ability to develop strong and open working relationships with a wider team.
- Maintaining a 'can do’ attitude at all times, and a desire to consistently deliver outstanding customer service are essential skills to possess.
- Excellent inter-personal skills, strong time management and organisation.
**Basic Hours**:8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
**Basic Wage**:£24,310.00
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,310.00 per year
