Key Responsibilities:

  2. Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations, ensuring a seamless sales experience.
  3. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to prospective buyers, showcasing your expertise and passion for automotive sales.
  4. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with customers to close sales, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Prepare and process sales paperwork, including contracts and financing options, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
  6. Post-Sale Support: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues, fostering long-term relationships.
  7. Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and market trends, staying ahead of the competition.
  8. Lead Management: Manage and track sales leads and opportunities using CRM software, optimizing sales performance.
  9. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other dealership departments to ensure smooth transactions, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  10. Professional Development: Attend training sessions and workshops to stay informed about new products and sales techniques, enhancing your skills and expertise.
  11. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or concerns in a timely manner, upholding the highest standards of customer service.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £25,000 + £45,000 OTE + Company Car

Monday to Friday [9:00am - 6:00pm] & Saturdays [9:00am - 5:00pm] + A day off in the week

(1-in-2) Sundays
