Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, identifying their needs and providing tailored vehicle recommendations.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to prospective buyers, negotiating terms and pricing to close sales.
- Prepare and process sales paperwork, including contracts and financing options, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues, maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with inventory, promotions, and market trends, utilizing CRM software to manage and track sales leads and opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and objectives, collaborating with other dealership departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay informed about new products and sales techniques, enhancing your skills and knowledge.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or concerns in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
The Package:
Basic Salary: £25,000 + £45,000 OTE + Company Car
Monday to Friday [9:00am - 6:00pm] & Saturdays [9:00am - 5:00pm] + A day off in the week
(1-in-2) Sundays
