A successful, market leading engineering consultancy is looking for a reliable and positive Client Support Manager to join their central London office.
**The Company**
The Client Support Manager will join a company founded 50 years ago which is undergoing a period of expansion, they provide design, management, and sustainability services. The successful Client Support Manager can expect to join a welcoming and supportivecompany culture.
**The Client Support Manager**
The successful client support manager will be required to support the business unit and technical management team, working alongside HR and Amin Management.
**_Client Support Manager / Responsibilities and Duties_**
- Supporting Business Development, expanding into other sectors with our current clients
Responsible to the Business Unit Lead for supporting Business Development, focusing on developing and expanding into other sectors with current clients and establishing future relationships with new clients and enquiries.
Project Management support
- Maintaining communication with Business Unit Lead
- Coordinating Engineers
- Arranging sub-contractors
- Ensuring engineers are briefed prior to attending site
- Checking reports for Quality Assurance
- Maintain a log of issued reports and follow up
- Invoice tracking
- Purchase Orders
- Resolve Quality Assurance issues
- Booking travel
- Assisting with recruitment,
- Coordinate job descriptions
- Onboarding new starters
- Liaise with recruitment agencies
- LinkedIn to support recruitment for direct hires
- Be present in interviews
- LinkedIn posts
- Supporting HR with developing internal documents and processes and issuing HR documents
- Staff surveys
Project Management skills welcomed. Previous experience within the engineering and construction industry highly preferred.
Hours: 8:30-5:00

**Salary: £30,000 - £35,000**
