**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE**
- Design and build campaigns and flows
- Develop a test and learn approach to CRM with consistent tests developed based on revenue and other business needs. A/B test both content and journeys
- Provide regular campaign and journey analysis, and make confident recommendations off the back of data-driven insights
- Be completely brand and category-immersed, and deliver journeys with a consumer-first perspective
- Liaise effectively with Brand and D2C teams to ensure journeys and content are aligned to the overall strategy and brand vision.
**WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL**
- Bachelor or Master's in Marketing, Fine Arts, Humanities, or Business related field
- 4-6 years of experience
- Experience creating, executing, analysing, and optimizing journeys on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar CRM programs
- Deep knowledge of marketing automation, conversion and retention marketing
- Proficient with web analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics or similar), and can translate data into insights and opportunities for improving conversion and ROI
- Experience in a high growth D2C e-commerce business. B2B also useful
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised, efficient and proactive.
- Ability to plan and execute campaigns in line with brand strategy
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to change, and comfortable with ambiguity
