**Contract Type**: Permanent (Full-Time)
**Shift patterns**:Monday - Friday. 0830am - 17:00pm. (Start times can be flexible)
**Location: Southampton - SO40 3NB**

DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Administrator to play a vital role providing administrative support to the management team and delivering excellent customer service.

**WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?**
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will
- Main duties will be supporting team with finance, payroll, notes and health and safety. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Mutli skilled learning of all departments to cover annual leave. E.g transport admin / stock admin duties.
- Monday - Friday shift. 08:30am - 17:00pm shift (start times can be flexible. However occasional 0600am starts for holiday cover are required)

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role - Essential
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- Self-motivated and can work under own initiative
