We are seeking a highly talented and creative individual to join our team as a Senior Associate or Director of Content Strategy. This role is pivotal in shaping our clients’ digital presence, leveraging multimedia elements, and driving engagement with strategic audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategy Development**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive creative content strategies aligned with the client’s objectives.
- Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the digital space to keep our brand innovative.

**Content Creation**:

- Conceptualize, create, and manage multimedia content, including videos, graphics, motion graphics, and animations.
- Ensure content aligns with clients’ brand and messaging while resonating with their target audiences.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, requirements, and timelines
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools such as Adobe, Balsamiq, Sketch, and Figma
- Oversee the implementation of UX best practices and ensure a seamless user experience

**Project Management**:

- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, in scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers, as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (4+ years for Senior Associate, 6+ years for Director) in a content strategy & production role, with a focus on multimedia content creation.
- Evidence strong proficiency in video production, graphic design, motion graphics, and animation tools and software.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership experience, with a track record of educating internal stakeholders and managing multiple clients, campaigns or stakeholder needs simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of digital trends and social media platforms.
- Exceptional time management, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in high-stakes campaigns, crisis communications, government or agency settings is highly desirable.
- Experience in web development is highly desirable.
