**About us**

Mirabilis Health Institute is a leading provider of mental health services in Northern Ireland. A trauma-focused practice, Mirabilis offers individual therapy as well as training for therapists, research into the therapeutic use of psychedelics, and medicolegal services.

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, sort tea/coffee.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Take payments, schedule therapy appointments.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Coordinate group supervision appointments.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, brochures)
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Fill hot water flasks in the morning and keep kitchen tidy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox, Zoom.
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Administrative skills
- Mental Health triage experience
- Computer proficiency
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Strong organisational abilities
- Typing proficiency
- Clerical experience
- Data entry skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and personal skills
