Vines of Guildford is looking for a Senior Motorcycle Aftersales Advisor.

**Your role**

Are you an experienced aftersales advisor? Do you have a passion for motorcycles, a keen eye for detail and a way with customers? Vines of Guildford are looking for a Senior Aftersales Advisor to join the well-established Motorrad Parts & Service team.

As a part of our Motorrad aftersales team, you will be the customer’s main point of contact whilst their BMW Motorcycle is being serviced, ensuring they are kept informed of the progress of their service and professionally resolving any issues that may arise. Upon completion of the service you will finalise the invoice and hand the Bike back to the customer making sure they fully understand all charges and are satisfied with the work carried out.

Our Aftersales advisor will also be involved within the Parts side of the business, including receiving parts orders, interpreting customer/workshop requirements and giving advice on any additional requirements or prices, matching orders against stock items, keeping the customer in the loop at every stage.

Hours: 45 hours per week; Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm

**Salary**: Basic £28,000 - £33,000 per annum including bonus.

**Your profile**

This is a great opportunity for someone who has at least 2 years of previous experience in an aftersales advisor role and is looking to take the next step. Full training will be provided to enable you to achieve your full potential.
