Property Administrator

**Job Role**
This role provides a comprehensive administrative support service to the Property Services Directorate.
**Key Duties**
To provide administrative support to the Property Services Directorate.
To issue, monitor and complete contractor orders, and raise contractor invoices and special payments to residents etc. as required.
To produce contractor reports and update Soha’s main housing management solution Aareon QL as required.
To provide admin cover for team members while absent from work
To upload documents as required into Soha’s document management system Documoitve.
To occasionally take minutes at meetings, produce mail merges, and maintain manual and computerised office systems.
To occasionally assist in calling utility companies to ensure a smooth hand over of gas and electric meters at void stage.
To carry out repair based surveys and accurately record responses.
To respond to a wide range of enquiries from tenants, contractors and members of the public within agreed timescales.
To occasionally assist Customer Services colleagues by acting as a ‘Customer Service Agent’, answering phone calls and dealing with tenant queries including issuing repair orders to contractors.
**What you will need;**
- Excellent IT skills including experience of computerised office systems including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good organisational and administrative skills, with a logical approach.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to use initiative and work with limited supervision in a busy environment.
- Commitment to customer care in all communications.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: £1,800.00 per month
