**Main duties and responsibilities of the Finance Administrator -**
Tasks will differ from day to day, below is an example of the types of tasks you’ll be asked to support
- Raise Daily Repair Orders
- Converting orders to a full Invoice
- Send Daily Customer Invoices
- Post daily Payments via the Inter-company account
- Process AP Parts Invoices
- Update d spreadsheets
- Submit Portal Invoices for
- Provide support for customer repairs Portal
- Provide support collating Bulk Billing data from multiple platforms
- Provide Cover for Web Order Process and Payment Links
- Provide support for Accounts Payable when short staffed and at Month end
- Provide CC Admin support for Portal Invoicing and Education Order Checks
- Amongst a variety of other tasks.
**Skills**
- Strong written and oral communication skills at all levels.
- Keen eye for detail, observation is crucial.
- Proficient IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly. MS Office (Outlook, Point).
- Ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge with regards to processes.
- The ability to work in a busy and pressurised environment.
