Cobac Security are a security company providing people-based services for national clients in the event, leisure and retail, with offices in Thrumpton, Nottingham.

We are looking for a proactive, organised and focussed person to undertake administrative tasks in relation to human resources, recruitment and finance. The position will be part of a small team at our Thrumpton offices.

The hours will be part time 20 hours per week Monday to Friday but we are open to discuss how these hours are structured across the week. The hourly rate for this position is £12.00 per hour.

**Core role responsibilities**

Ensure all pay and invoicing data accurately reflects the actual hours worked using our workforce management software.

Create invoices and payroll reports.

Compile holiday and absence data to support the payroll process.

Create employees, clients and suppliers using our workforce and financial management systems.

Verify and chase all relevant new starter paperwork for new employees and potential approved suppliers.

Maintain and provide data to the SMT team on employee training and performance reviews.

**Requirements of the role**

A strong attention to detail.

Competent with Microsoft Excel.

Experience within an administrative role.

A keen interest in finance and/or human resources.

The ability to work across a multitude of online system.

Experience in using XERO and or a workforce management system (beneficial although full training can be given).

Training or experience within the Finance or Human Resource fields (beneficial but not critical if other office administrative roles have been undertaken)
