- Creation of Talent Pools
- Alignment of all recruitment with the Employee Value Proposition
- Proactive use of digital tools and social media to identify talent
- Comprehensive knowledge of the design of assessment tools and techniques; including assessment centres and psychometrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively on complex recruitment campaigns, providing solutions as part of a multifunctional team.
- Ability to provide sound, accountable advice on immigration legislation and visas.
- Produce, monitor, and review recruitment figures on a regular basis, highlighting any issues or concerns and formulating recommendations where appropriate.
- Proactively produce MI for your Business areas and the wider Resourcing team monthly.
- Work closely with all members of the HR Team.
- Liaise regularly with colleagues internal and external as appropriate.
- Work with the hiring community and senior leadership teams.

**What you need to succeed**
- Significant experience within a recruitment environment.
- Experience of providing recruitment solutions to complex needs.
- Highly organised and self-reliant.
- Able to build and leverage relationships with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of working with digital tools and social media to source the best talent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Willing to display a flexible approach to working hours at busy times.
