**About the job?**

Our Recruitment team is responsible for delivering an end-to-end recruitment service across the business to include Customer Service, Operations, Engineering and HQ functions. As a seasoned Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering innovative recruitment plans, attracting diverse talent at all levels and driving our people agenda.

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create appropriate attraction recruitment plans.
- Writing engaging job adverts and evaluating the effectiveness of recruitment activity.
- Design and facilitate suitable interview and assessment methods.
- Conduct/support interviews when required.
- Support building employer brand awareness in the market
- Proactively gather market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methods.
- Partner with key business stakeholders across GWR network
- Advise hiring managers and interview panels on interviewing best practices focussing on driving diversity in our hires
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to advise on clear and effective job descriptions
- Advise on market and industry trends

**About you?**

**Ideally you will have**:

- Experience of leading and delivering Recruitment activity in the volume and/or specialist space with an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) lens
- Knowledge of all relevant labour laws including the Equality Act 2010
- Experience of managing an end-to-end recruitment process (including conducting psychometric assessments) in a large, complex business
- Level A&B certificates of Occupational Test use desirable
