An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Administrator to provide general administrative support to the Customer Services Department to ensure all agreed Service levels are maintained.

Key Duties/responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting of all visitors after they have been booked in by security.
- Ensuring that any visitors have been collected by the IKO PLC employee that they are here to visit.
- Fielding switchboard calls to the correct destination.
- Ensure the reception area is kept tidy.
- Ordering buffets and raising requisitions.
- Maintaining and ordering stationary supplies.
- Organise any ad-hoc post including both internal and external collections.
- Updating and creating price books.
- Downloading project quotes from Salesforce.
- Inputting quotations into our operating system.
- Initiating any New Account requests.
- To assist with any clearly defined administration duties that add value to the company.

Skills/Experience
- Previous experience of working on in either an administrative or customer service role.
- To be able to prioritise work
- load and multi-task.
- Effective organisational and time management skills
- Excellent telephony and inter-personal skills.
- Attention to detail
- Data entry and IT skills
- Word processing skills
- Ability to communicate confidently, clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Good level of numeracy
- Ability to absorb information and act upon it quickly.
- Ability to work under own initiative but within a team.
- Problem solving skills.
