Customer Service Administrator

Bibby Hygiene are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to work at our head office in Wigan. We specialise in waste management & hygiene services.
Duties include
- Working closely with drivers to provide excellent customer service.
- Day to day management of customer accounts.
- Dealing with customer queries and any ad hoc requests.
- Arranging quotes for inbound potential customers.
- Arranging for additions and cancelations by customer request.
- Answering the phone in a confident and professional manner.
- Checking delivery notes and job sheets for mistakes and for extra billing.
- Management of subcontractors, including additions and cancelations.

- Excellent telephone manner
- A good team player
- Able to multitask during busy periods
- Confident Personality
- Confident user of computer software
- Able to manage workloads effectively

Hours of Work are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Fridays 8.30am to 4.00pm
