We are looking for a motivated professional to carry out the role of Service / Sales Support Administrator. This key role, within the company, requires a well-organised individual with a keen attention to detail & an ability to prioritise work-loads. Excellent communication skills are also essential as the position involves liasing daily between our engineers, suppliers & customers.

We require a flexible approach to the requirements of both the service & sales department however the main responsibilities and duties include:

- Creating & allocating jobs for engineers (entering up machine details, job instructions etc.)
- Processing completed jobs (booking on miscellaneous parts; updating with descriptions of work carried out; ensuring priced up; checking all parts booked to job; checking that in order for invoicing; obtaining customer’s purchase order numbers and invoicing out)
- Liaising with the engineers (chasing up queries; outstanding jobs; time sheets)
- Submitting quotes to customers & maintaining a system to follow up.
- Managing customer service contract agreements including scheduling of jobs & submitting service/repair sheets in required formats.
- Processing sales orders & dealing with sales team.
- Registering new machines for warranty
- Ensure own vehicle fleet up to date with road tax & MOTs

Qualifications and Skills required:

- Strong administrative skills with a proven track record of working within a similar role.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and written, with experience of professionally liaising with colleagues, managers, customers etc
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and organisation with the ability to prioritise and manage own workloads effectively work under pressure
- Computer literate, the role will require full training on our Ibcos Gold system however you should possess strong IT skills with experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm

**Salary**: £20,500.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: One location
