IT Services at the University of Manchester is a vibrant and fast-moving department, we focus on delivering excellent customer service and quality services for our staff, students and researchers.

**The Role**

We seek a driven and experienced leader to take up the role of Change Delivery Lead for the Atom Programme. This programme is part of the University’s Strategic Change portfolio, and is delivering an IT service which is better or our University through people and process changes within the Directorate of IT.

The Change Delivery role is a fantastic opportunity to deliver major transformative change, working in partnership with a multi-functional programme team and relevant business leaders within the Directorate of IT. The role is available until July 2024.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of leading through change and a proven record in effectively leading, motivating and influencing others. You will have a delivery track-record, ability to think in strategic terms and to think creatively and to suggest innovative approaches to problem solving.
