ASDAN is an education charity and awarding organisation providing courses, accredited curriculum programmes and regulated qualifications to engage, elevate and empower young people aged 11 to 25 years in greatest need.

We are looking to appoint team members to join us as Administrative Assistants in internally and externally facing customer supporting roles, in the Centre Support, Finance & Premises and Publications Teams. These are new roles and an exciting opportunity for organised and detail focused individuals with excellent communication skills who want to work for a charity with ambitious plans for the future with a strong ethical vision and values. Reporting to the departmental Managers, Administrative Assistants will support the organisation with administrative tasks, and liaising with our customers to support them with their queries.

**Conditions of Service**:
**Contract**: Permanent

**Salary**: FTE Band 2, between point 15 £20,205 and point 17 £21,732 dependent on experience

**Pension**: Scottish Widows: Post holder has option of two levels: level 1 employee 3%/ employer 6% or employee 6%/ employer 9%

**Leave entitlement**:pro rata of FTE 24 days, rising an additional day per year to max 32 days, in addition to statutory bank holidays

**Qualifications**
- Good GCSE (English and Maths at Grade C/5 or above) or equivalent vocational qualification results

High level of personal organisation and administrative skills with the ability to meet deadlines E

Good proofreading skills and attention to detail E

Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills E

High level of literacy and numeracy E
