Duties include:

- Answering the telephone
- Filing
- Credit control
- Sending invoices via their software
- Raising purchase orders
- Inputting purchase orders onto their financial system
- Checking invoices against the purchase order
- Sales ledger

Person Specification:

- Excellent communication
- Must have at least 3-5+ years office experience
- Independent learner
- Hardworking
- Can use on initiative
