We’re currently recruiting for an **Administrator **to provide administrative support to the Learning Management System (Kallidus) implementation project team on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract.

**Location**: Rushden, Northamptonshire with flexible/hybrid working available
**Contract**: Fixed Term Contract (9 months), full-time - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.

**Responsibilities**

In this Administrator role, you’ll support the transition to our new Learning Management System and have a key role within the implementation project team. You will upskill on Kallidus Academy, to understand how the system works and network with our L & D reps to develop ways of working. You’ll also attend workshops for Learn to see how Kallidus will be built to facilitate Kier’s learn courses and content and support with allocating mandatory training out to users. Data collation will be a key aspect of the role to analyse activities for the Learn history and provide support with the user acceptance testing (UAT) of content to ensure they are loaded into the platform.
