**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Assist with recruitment processes such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related issues.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other HR events.
- Prepare HR-related documents including offer letters, contracts, and internal communications.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating orientation sessions and paperwork.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role or internship is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Familiarity with HR software such as PeopleHR is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Knowledge of social media management tools for recruitment purposes.
- Excellent data entry skills for maintaining accurate records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
