Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting for a temporary Project Officer to work with our public sector client in the Edinburgh area.
- **Rate of pay** - £14.33 per hour
- **Hours of work** - Monday to Friday 36 hours per week
- **Duration**:

- 16 weeks with possible extension
- **Immediate start**

This project is aiming to increase and improve recycling services to residents in multi-occupancy and flatted properties providing integrated waste and recycling services and review the existing bin locations to develop more formalised collection hubs toimprove the perception of the service and enhance the street scene.

Reporting to the project manager the Project Officer will work closely with other members of the Waste and Cleansing Team and other internal and external stakeholders to provide admin and customer care expertise to plan and delivery the project.

**The successful applicant will be carrying out the following duties**:

- Assist in the maintenance of the project documentation
- Engage with various stakeholders as appropriate, e.g. members of the public, resident associations, elected members and community groups to communicate the project aims and progress as well as act as a liaison for the department with key stakeholders
- Support the maintenance and the update of ICT systems and coordinate changes when required
- Support the coordination the roll out of the project across the city

- Ability to present complex data in a compelling way
