**Job Title**: Corporate Receptionist / Front of House
**Location**: This position is based in the office full time due to the nature of the role, London EC4M
**Days/Hours worked**:Monday-Friday,08:45 - 17:15
**Report to**: Senior member of Administration Team

**Day to Day Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Receive, screen and introduce calls, in a professional manner, through a switchboard & when required, take detailed messages as appropriate
- Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare & manage the meeting rooms and their schedules
- Ensure reception is always kept tidy and inviting
- Where applicable, organise catering for meetings and the meeting rooms
- Where applicable, helping to organise staff socials and events
- Assist with booking couriers and parcels
- Cleaning and Maintenance of the Coffee Machine at Reception
- Letting the office Manager know if you need any stationery or supplies
- General office administration duties and to include but not limited to: Incoming/outgoing and forwarding post, maintaining external storage system.
- Any ad-hoc duties as and when required
**Qualifications, Experience & Skills required**
- Corporate Receptionist / Front of House experience
- Experience within Financial/Professional Services firms
- Exceptional client service skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage own workload
- Excellent Microsoft suite skills
- Flexible and pro-active attitude is essential
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
